Personal Support Trainings is owned and operated by myself, Eric Durbiano and was started on the basis that proper training is essential.

When first entering the field as a support specialist in a group home setting, I was well trained and educated before I even stepped foot in the facility.  More recently, I was able to become that training personnel for a CAP service provider.  In doing so, I continuously noticed that with the proper training, staff left with confidence, just as I had many years before.   To extend my belief in properly training individuals, I decided to extend my 3+ years of training experience  to a broader audience.  These trainings are now available to individuals, as well as other employers, in the hopes that more people can receive training that develops that same confidence and understanding.

With thorough trainings and the availability for follow-up, Personal Support Trainings is the new choice in professional and person centered trainings in Wilmington and surrounding ares.

NCI Prevention, Core, and Core+ level Instructor since 2005.

Red Cross Certified Instructor for Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED, First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens Training since 2005.

Licensed to do business on the state and local level.
